How To Make Reservations
Thank you for your interest in making reservations for one of our events. Reservations are a must for our weekend and our special events. We look forward to seeing you soon!
call the Heavenly Hotline 631-262-1212 to save seats
- Leave your NAME, PHONE NUMBER, Event you are hoping to attend, along with HOW MANY SEATS you will need.
- Our volunteer Linda will call you back to either confirm your reservation or ask if you want to be added to waiting list if the event is sold out.
- If you would like to be put on the 'waiting list" for a sold out even, we will call you back if we have a cancellation.
How to Pay for Confirmed Seating
All events must be pre-paid (Non-transferable, Non-refundable)
- After you receive confirmation that your reservation has been accepted, simply go to the following link: Safe Link to pay for your reservation. Enter total amount and Under Select Fund, choose "Reservation Donation", indicate in note area which date & event you are paying for. We have limited seating, pre-pay will enable us to save you a special seat at the event. We look forward to seeing you soon.
- You will receive a e-mail confirmation and tickets will be mailed to you the next morning.
